每天8杯水可以趕出脂肪
聽起來可能很難以置信,但開水很可能是減重和保持體重的最重要催化劑
雖然我們大部分都不覺得喝水有什麼了不起,但開水可能是長久減重的唯一
真正"神奇靈藥"
開水可以抑制食慾,並有助於身體代謝掉儲存的脂肪.研究顯示,水分攝取減少將
導致脂肪堆積增加.反之,水分攝取增加有助於減少脂肪的堆積.
必須填滿腎臟
原因如下,腎臟如果水分不足便無法正常發揮功能,當腎臟無法勝任其工作時,
某些工作便會落到肝臟去負荷.肝臟主要功能之一是將儲存的脂肪代謝為

Body fat won’t effect your outlookh becourse it’s deep inside your body. So body fat measure tool is the best to help you determine body fat inside your body. If body fat nerve is higher that mean it’s easy to let u get sick. Body fat measure is following theory of electrical impedance human body, using lower power to testing,because body fat won’t effect by electric,and human body 70% is can accept lower elcrtic,if the electric level high mean body fat was a lot deep inside body.Body fat is can’t see or fwlt with our eyes,the main point have body fat it’s because didn’t do exercise and the food have takan.
以往大家都以「體重多少」來判別身材標準,擁有一個安全的數字,似乎就可以高枕無憂。然而,體重已不再是衡量肥胖與否的唯一標準,現今「體脂肪率」(Body fat)才是真正被視為精確度高、能掌握健康的指標。
而且,體脂肪的多寡與身材外表並沒有直接關係,很多看起來瘦的人,體脂肪不一定就比胖的人來得少,身體健康也有可能在這一點一滴的脂肪累積中被拖垮!
所以,用體脂肪器測量體脂肪率,絕對比站上體重機量出來的「數字」更具有意義。
體脂肪率是指身體成份中,脂肪組織所佔的比率,過高的體脂肪率是造成各種慢性疾病的主要導火線,要控制體脂肪率在正常範圍,是無法藉由目測或一般體重計獲得數值,最方便簡易的方式就是以體脂肪計來測試。
體脂肪計是透過人體電阻原理,利用低電壓電流以測出電阻的單位,
因為人體組織中的體脂肪是不導電的,而其他非體脂肪部分有70%為水分是可以通電的,如果電阻愈大,體脂肪就愈高。
所以要判定一個人的體脂肪是否過高,不能全憑目測;
一個外型瘦小的人若不運動,體內還是可能囤積過多的脂肪,
脂肪率當然也會跟著偏高,這就是所謂的「隱藏性肥胖者」。
會造成這種現象,探其原因,「運動」與「飲食攝取」似乎成了最大的關鍵。
體脂率是慢性病的指標

I get my health back(我找回我的健康)
在我还未遇上herbalife时,我试过用很多方式来减重
我试过吃医生开的减肥药,我试过上瘦身院(大约2间)
但我从未减到我的理想体重反而发现我的身体越来越弱。
